A 28-year-old man was charged with two counts of sexual assault of a child under 16 years of age.

According to a criminal complaint, on April 15, a Racine man returned home after his daughter had left for school to find Christopher Thomas in his 15-year-old daughter's bed. He confronted Thomas, who jumped out the second-story and fled.
