- A woman from Putnam County died in a crash in Flagler County.

Rita Willis, 60, was turning north onto County Road 305 when her car clipped a vehicle going south. Willis' car spun off the road.

The crash sent Willis, who was not wearing a seatbelt, into the backseat of her car where a four-year-old girl was sitting.

The four-year-old girl suffered critical injuries.
